Refunds/ Reschedule
Deposits are non- refundable to save your slot time and to prevent no-shows.
However we will be able to transfer deposit twice for a reschedule given a 24 hour notice. First time will be complimentary. The second transfer will be an additional $30 fee.
Please contact us via email or text if you have not heard back regrading a transfer date after 24 hours.
All purchases are final.
Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled 24 hours before. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can not be transferred after being canceled. A new deposit must be made for a new appointment.
If appointment is canceled within 24 hours a new deposit will be required.
NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments will be charged full amount of service. First no show will require an additional fee when booking another appointment. Second no show will be charged full service price and unable to book any further appointments. Deposit will be non-refunded.
If you are experiencing cold, flu or covid like symptoms, please contact us as soon as possible.
Payment Policy
If your credit/ debit card can not be verified, is invalid, or not acceptable. The appointment will be canceled automatically. You will be notified of such.
Deposits are non-refundable and remaining balance is due at your appointment. Visit our FAQ on “forms of payment accepted”.
All prices a subject to change and website will be updated. Price changes do not apply to already existing booked appointments or deposits paid made before such changes.
Grace Period(s)
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork required. If you are running 15 minutes past your initial appointment time the appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. We will try our best to accommodate you if this issue arises.
Changes in Policy
We have the right to change this Payment, Refund, Cancellation policy at any time. It is your responsibility to check the website for such updates.
